HTC were moving to a new building, which would be their European Headquarters. As part of this exercise, we were engaged to transition and mobilise the facilities function to support the office.
Our remit was to:
Propose and deliver an FM strategy for the new building.
Recruit and appointment self-delivery and contract personnel.
Procure services for the building.
Programme manage the relocation.
Devise a performance management system to support the new FM structure.
Deliver a workplace for the RPS that supported the Board’s aspirations for new ways of working
Procure services for new building.
Mobilisation and transition of the FM services for the HTC European Headquarters, developing operational strategy, management and performance systems and appointing self-delivery and contract personnel.
FM contracts bundled and designed to support the new ways of working with integrated PMS
Contracts negotiated in line with project build to ensure smooth building and knowledge transition programme
